Red Deer Ski Club was formed in 1985 to offer competitive alpine racing programs in Central Alberta. Our mission is to provide the youth of Central Alberta with the highest quality alpine ski racing program, in which they can flourish and achieve their individual goals and personal best.

The Red Deer Ski Club is a family orientated club that provides alpine racing and training programs for children ages 4 to 20. The program is run at Canyon Ski Resort. Children are fully supervised (including lunch break) and our coaches are certified by the Canadian Ski Coaches Federation (CSCF). In addition to races, fun events are planned throughout the season and parents are encouraged to participate. Emphasis is on the development of ski racing skills in a safe, structured learning environment.
